Number of Rooms: Please note that each person is limited to booking a maximum of 2 rooms under one individual name. If your needs exceed 2 rooms, please complete a separate form with separate names for each reservation.

Method of Guarantee: Your credit card will only be used to guarantee your reservation.
Payment can be made directly to the hotel upon arrival. Your credit card will only be charged if you are in breech of the cancellation
policy or if you no-show your confirmed reservation.
Cancellation Policy: National Travel Systems does have a 1 week cancellation policy which applies to the cancellation of an entire reservation within 1 week prior to arrival. A violation of the cancellation policy will result in a one night room rate penalty charged to the credit card on file.
Reservation Guarantee: Please understand that completing a reservation request form does not ensure availability. All host hotel requests are based on availability at the time of processing and are accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. Your request will be guaranteed by email confirmation.
